Kawakin Core-Tech Co., Ltd. recently held a technical seminar at the Daiwa House Comprehensive Technology Research Institute in Nara, Japan.

The seminar provided an excellent opportunity to exchange valuable insights on seismic technologies and explore potential collaborations. Daiwa House, one of Japan's largest homebuilders with a global presence, is renowned for its innovative and sustainable building solutions.

Representing Kawakin Core-Tech Co., Ltd. at the seminar were Mr. Michihiko Ogawa, Director of the Strategic Planning Office in the Building Business Division; Ms. Misaki Nakamura, Deputy Group Manager of the Solution Promotion Department in the Building Business Division; and Mr. Javier Lopez Gimenez, Deputy General Manager of the International Division.

At the seminar, Kawakin Core-Tech Co., Ltd. presented its innovative seismic devices, ongoing research and development efforts, and key projects both in Japan and internationally. The discussions highlighted recent R&D initiatives, new devices currently under development, and explored the differences between Japan’s technical and regulatory approaches and those implemented in other countries.

The discussions emphasized the importance of collaboration in driving innovation and enhancing the safety and durability of construction projects.
